Our highly skilled & knowledgeable MMA instructors will provide you with the most exciting and dynamic techniques & conditioning from all areas of the MMA disciplines (Thai Kickboxing, Wrestling & Jiu Jitsu), from beginners to the most advanced practitioners. Whether you want to learn realistic self defence, get in great shape or just train like your favourite UFC athlete, this Mixed Martial Arts programme will arm you with superior striking & grappling skills, while reshaping your entire body from top to toe.
MMA Membership Includes
General MMA - The general MMA classes are dedicated to beginner and intermediate level students, covering all ranges, from stand-up strikes and kicking techniques to clinching, take downs, grappling and ground work.
General No Gi Grappling - This class concentrates purely on the ground game. From beginner to advanced, students will learn all positions on the ground, including, escapes, sweeps and submissions.
Gracie Jiu JItsu - This class is open to everybody. Gracie Jiu Jitsu has been shown to be the most effective style of hand-to-hand combat. The techniques have been incorporated for use by law enforcement and military forces around the world. Professional fighters recognize BJJ techniques are a crucial component to victory in the Mixed Martial Arts arena. But Gracie Jiu-Jitsu’s greatest gifts are for everyone. As a natural and safe way of fighting, it has become the favourite sport of hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. Our classes are a fantastic way to stay fit, learn self-defense and belong to a group who are seriously committed to each other’s progress.
Fight Club - Is a sparring class, allowing students the opportunity to test their skills in a variety of combative senerios (i.e Boxing and G & P grappling), as well as preparing students for competition. This programme costs extra, and is optional to those that wish to participate in the contact side of training.
